Cancellations made between 1 and 5 days before Check-in: 100% of the deposit made will be charged.
Cancellations made 6 or more days before Check-in: the client will be refunded 90% of their deposit (10% will be retained for handling charges).
At check-in, a B/.50.00 security deposit is required. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided the room and its facilities are in perfect condition.
